This Privacy Policy explains how ConnecTris ("the app"), developed by Tristan Abbott Coates ("I", "me"), handles information when you use the app on your iOS device. I take your privacy seriously and aim to be transparent about the data that is collected and why.
I do not directly collect, store, or process any personal information from users of ConnecTris. The app does not require you to create an account, and no personal data is transmitted to any server operated by me.
The app stores game progress data (such as your league points, medals, and win/loss record) locally on your device using Unity's PlayerPrefs system. This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to me or any third party.
ConnecTris displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect and use data from your device to serve personalised or non-personalised advertisements. This data may include:
This data is collected and processed by Google in accordance with their own privacy policies. I do not have access to or control over the data AdMob collects. You can opt out of personalised advertising on your iOS device by going to Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking and disabling "Allow Apps to Request to Track", or by enabling Limit Ad Tracking in your device settings.
ConnecTris is not directed at children under the age of 13. I do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app, please contact me using the details below and I will take steps to remove that information.
Game progress data stored locally on your device is retained until you delete the app or clear the app's data through your device settings. I do not retain any user data on external servers.
I may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date at the top. I encourage you to review this page periodically. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding your personal data under applicable privacy laws (such as GDPR in the UK and EU, or CCPA in California).
